These General Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the site between MAHA Coffee Roaster (“the Seller”)
and any natural person who is a consumer (“the Client”) and, where applicable, professionals (see art.
15). Placing an order constitutes unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.

  1. Products
    Specialty coffees (beans/ground), tasting packs, subscriptions, accessories and equipment
    indicated on the site. The characteristics (origin, process, sensory profile, net weight, BBD) are
    specified on each product sheet. Minimal variations in color, visual or harvest vintage
    may occur without affecting use or quality. Photos are not contractually binding.
  2. Price
    Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes and excluding delivery costs, unless otherwise stated.

  3. Order (WooCommerce route)
    Steps: add to cart ® identification/contact details ® delivery/payment choice ® summary ®
    validation. The Customer verifies the accuracy of the information before payment. The Seller reserves the right to
    refuse any abnormal, fraudulent or unpaid order.
  4. Payment
    Accepted methods: credit card (via [Stripe]), [PayPal], [bank transfer], [others]. Payment is due upon
    order. Transactions are secured by the payment provider; the Seller does not have access
    to bank details. In the event of refusal of payment by the bank, the order is cancelled.
  5. Availability – Roasting
    Coffees are roasted according to a posted schedule or on demand. In case of unavailability
    exceptional of a reference, the Seller may offer a product of an equivalent profile or refund.
  6. Delivery / Collection
    Areas: Metropolitan France [and options: Corsica, EU, DOM]. Methods: relay point, at home, collection from
    place (click & collect) at [address and slots]. Indicative delivery times (excluding force majeure): [48–72 hours] after
    Shipping. Fees: displayed in the cart according to weight, carrier and zone. A tracking link is sent to
    shipping. Unclaimed package / incomplete address: reshipment possible at the Customer's expense.
    — Transfer of risks
    The risks of loss or damage are transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the package.
  7. Reception
    Upon delivery, the Customer checks the condition of the package. In the event of damage or missing items, the Customer must make specific reservations.

  8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
    Legal deadline: 14 days from receipt, without reason. Legal exceptions (C. conso L221-28)
    including: unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. coffee packets
    open); products made according to the Customer's specifications (e.g., custom milling); goods
    likely to deteriorate rapidly.
    — Return conditions
    Unopened, complete, resalable products in their original packaging. Procedure: send the
    withdrawal form (see end) to mahacoffeeroasster@gmail.com then return the items within 14 days to:
    [MAHA Coffee Roaster – Returns Department, full address]. Return costs to be borne by the Customer (except in the event of an error by the Seller).
    Refund within 14 days upon receipt of the compliant products, via the initial payment method.
    Initial delivery charges are refunded at the standard rate (excluding premium delivery).
  9. Legal guarantees (equipment & accessories)
    Regardless of the right of withdrawal, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (L217-3 and
    s.) for 2 years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (1641 et seq. C. civ.).

  10. Subscriptions
    Subscriptions (frequency, weight, type of coffee) are described on the dedicated page. Billing: at
    each shipment or according to the displayed schedule. Modification / suspension / termination: since My
    account, before the preparation/shipping date indicated ([e.g. D-3]). Price changes: upon notice
    reasonable; the Customer may then terminate before the next due date. If this is not possible
    supply, an equivalent profile coffee can be shipped.
  11. Deposit & refill system (if applicable)
    A deposit of [€] may be charged for the reusable container. Refund upon return
    a clean container in good condition, according to the terms specified on the site or at the collection point.
  12. Retention of title
    The products remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the price (actual collection).
  13. Responsibility
    The Seller is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, or for non-performance due to the Customer.
    (incorrect data, absence upon delivery), nor cases of force majeure. The taste assessment
    being subjective, dissatisfaction of taste does not constitute a defect.
  14. Personal data
    The data is processed for order management, customer relations and the fight against fraud,
    in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy. GDPR rights: access, rectification, opposition,
    erasure, limitation, portability via [email DPO]. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
  15. Sales to professionals
    Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, B2B sales are governed by these T&Cs, without the right to
    withdrawal, with retention of title until full payment. Exclusive jurisdiction: Court of
    Commerce of [Dijon]. Late payment penalties and fixed compensation for recovery costs (€40)
    apply automatically (C. com. L441-10).
  16. Mediation – RLL (consumers)
    After prior written contact with customer service, the Customer can contact the mediator free of charge.

  17. Intellectual property
    The site's texts, trademarks, logos, and visuals are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
  18. Applicable law – language
    The General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Contract language: French.
  19. Standard withdrawal form
    To be completed and sent only if you wish to withdraw – consumers.
